During busy periods, this may take slightly longer. If you need your order urgently, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help.

For personalised stationery, a PDF proof will be emailed to you before printing. Orders are only printed after written approval.

Condolence books are prioritised and dispatched within 1 business day.​

 

How long does delivery take?

• UK deliveries: 1–2 working days

• Europe: 5–7 working days

• USA, Canada & Australia: up to 15–20 working days

Delivery times may vary during busy periods.

Where Do You Deliver To?

I deliver across the UK, Northern Ireland and internationally.
UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail or courier.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail or courier, and shipping costs are paid by the customer.

I use high-quality wood, carefully selected ribbons, and premium finishes to create durable and beautiful handmade gifts.

 

What if my order arrives damaged?

Just email me info@vmideias.com within 48 hours with a photo, and I’ll replace or fix it as quickly as possible.​

 

Can I Collect My Order?

Yes, collection is available. Just contact me to arrange a suitable time and I’ll try to accommodate your request.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes. All items arrive beautifully packaged. If you’d like extra gift wrapping, just let me know.​

For invitations, the minimum order quantity is 10.

 

How can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact me as soon as possible. Personalised stationery cannot be cancelled once printed. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the order stage.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
