At VMideias, I create handmade personalised gifts with care and attention to detail.
Please read this Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Right to Cancel (Non-Personalized Items)
In accordance with the 14-day return policy, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return for non-personalised items.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it

Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
To start a return, please contact me at info@vmideias.com.
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for returning the item at your own cost. I recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Refunds will be issued once I have safely received the returned item.
Customised / Personalised Items
Handmade personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun.
Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order, as I am unable to make changes once work has started.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@vmideias.com, including:

Clear photos of the issue
I will provide instructions for returning the item and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Return shipping costs will be covered by me if the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Important Note
Please note that I do not offer refunds for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are correct at the time of ordering.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original item.
Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once I have received and inspected your return, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Lost or Incorrect Items
If an item is reported as missing, lost in transit, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 working days so I can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
